Once the customer contacts the data protection officer designated by LOGIC STUDIO, the inquiry, request, or complaint will be followed up.

The data subject may inquire with LOGIC STUDIO about the personal data stored in their databases, for which it will be necessary for the applicant or their legal representative to previously verify their identity. LOGIC STUDIO will respond to such inquiries within a maximum period of fifteen (15) business days from the date of receipt of the request. This period may be extended by LOGIC STUDIO on a single occasion, in which case the reasons for the delay and the date on which the request will be addressed will be communicated, which will not exceed five (5) business days from the expiration of the initial period.

Requests or claims related to the deletion of the data subject’s personal data must be addressed within a maximum period of twenty (20) business days from the receipt of the request or petition. For a proper and complete consideration of the request, it is essential to provide the identification number, the address for notifications, and the relevant documents, according to the nature of the case.
